Thanks for answering my last Sustain question.
I have one more here: If I have an ally with ability [Sustain: 2 Shadow Energy.] on board. And I have only 1 SE. At the end of the turn, Do I pay 1 SE? (I know ally can't survive, but will it take my 1 SE too?)

Heya,

Similar to the health-based sustain cards, a sustain cost of 2 shadow energy will attempt to take 2 shadow energy from your hero. If you hero only has 1 shadow energy, it will lose that 1 shadow energy and the card with the sustain cost will be destroyed because you couldn't afford it. Basically, the game will always try to make you pay the full value of the sustain cost. You wont get to save your 1 shadow energy.
