Based solely on the provided options I would go with either Kingdom Hearts or Persona 3. Unfortunately, I've only played P3 on the PSP (mainly because I like the ability to control my party member's actions, while the ps2 version does not). I've also played so many ps2 games, that I'd have to take a look at my library just to even decern what games I would populate my own list with. Although off the top of my head:
Kingdom Hearts (any)
Dark Cloud 2
Final Fantasy X
Disgaea and Disgaea 2
Shadow of the Collossus (thanks for the reminder Piethoson)
