Sorry for posting again but maybe my question wasn't clear enough. What I really want to know is whether targeted ally should still have ambush when Backstab or Silent strike leave play next turn.

Hey again,

No, it will not have ambush when Backstab or Silent Strike leaves play. Essentially, Midnight Sentinel will give the ally +1 attack instead of Ambush. Then when the duration on Backstab or Silent Strike is complete, the ally will lose the attachment (and the ambush that comes with it) but keep the +1 attack bonus the Midnight Sentinel gave it when it was initially targeted.
