Why should Solo DarkClaw be playable?
Heroes should be playable, not necessarily all play styles for each hero. Though mulitple viable builds would be best.
I don't see threads about solo Elementalis being unplayable.

Yeah Viska and Dakrath are almost impossible for DC to deal with. But they are not the main reason why solo build is not viable any more. Everyone else speed up their play with more draw that doesn't temper with tempo. DC main strength, the speed has been taken away from him. Same reason why Amber isn't all present anymore.

BTW build based around a broken card that Lone Wolf is I really don't feel sorry not seeing in QM any more.

rly? i am happy that solo dc isnt anymore. i hate solo heroes, so boring to play against. back in dp i always played dc with allies and it is not that bad, not tier 1 but just try it out with sf. i know if u do not play solo dc, with allied dc you have to activate ur brain while playing.

To echo the poster above, having Solo DC struggling is not really a bad thing. People who like to play solo will do so anyway, but at least his power level is not encouraging people who value winning above all else to go the solo route. Back in 1.28 (?), people went solo DC just because it was strong.

As for Aramia, other than what has already been said, I like that there is extra requirement on player memory to get the best value from her.

The thing is there is no reason at all to play Allied DC. If I wanted to play an allied weapons based hero I'd play Amber because she does the same as Allied DC except better.

So if solo DC isn't playable then we have another redundant hero. Nice.

Do you remember Raph's Ninja Darkclaw? Now the Shadow pool has access to more Haste allies. Think about it. For Darkclaw, you have Frostmare, Zealot, Krygon, Dread Wolf and if course, Lightning Hunter.

I don't know if this would appease people, but would a confirmation dialogue for Aramia improve things? "Are you sure you want to look through your deck for an item?" To me, it just slows the game down needlessly, but it also prevents accidentally activating her ability, when you're attacking.
