I just noticed something about this card I was under the impression that it stops the attack but it also killed my ally who happened to have 7 health how is that possible?

It just reduces the damage to 0, so allies and heroes are still retaliate if they can.
Did you attack an ally with higher attack than your ally's health?

No I think what happened was a hero ability decreased my health the turn I attacked shadow knight.

Ok, so his health was at 5 because of BanebowOriginally Posted by Recktafy
's ability, decoy trap prevented Kairos's damage, and the counterattack from Shadowknight killed Kairos? That seems right. Decoy trap doesn't do any damage, it just prevents it.
It was BB ability I guess I didn't see that move it happened so fast.
