... i can't bother with playing the card games anymore .

I've been a huge fan of CCG / TCG , pretty much because of the the pretty artworks . And after awhile , i find myself too interested in the artworks in the game that i can't get myself to play the game Then i go on an art trip , search for every piece of trivial information about the artists , stories behind the artworks .. etc .. and completely forget about the CG

I wonder if anyone has experienced the same thing

Ahh, kinda? I'm an artist, so is my wife, but I could play this game w crayon drawings and pencil sketches. It's the heart and soul of each card that matters , is it playable, does it make the game more fun?

The art, is and should be fantastic, but without the game they are only so many fantasy Picts.
