Yes. That's the same bug. You can read more info via the link to Jira.

Soul Seeker, Thoughtripper's Cutlass and Lythian Sledgehammer are triggering off a "kill", even when Ironhide Karash reduces the 2 damage dealt to 0 and hasn't been killed.

I had Shrine of Negatia but couldn't target any of opponents items (WBT, Bloodmoon, evil ascendant). I could however target my own items

I was playing a Vess Yari deck, and my opponent played The Perfect Shot on my Xander.

I had Mettle of the Yari out, and Xander never healed, despite many warrior cards played

His health was reduced to 1. He wasn't damaged. It didn't always work like that, but it was changed some time last year. Victor got a nice bump because of it, since people can't heal up from the 1HP.
