New Art for Praxix!

I posted this in the 2.8509 thread but it probably wasn't the best place so I just made a new thread.

Does anyone else remember the art for Obelisk of Echoes? It's zoomed in now to make it look like a volcano or something but originally it's actually a huge elemental titan.

PLEASE Kyle, could you please zoom out and use it as Praxix's art? That art actually looks like an elemental, whereas Praxix doesn't. I know people make excuses like"Oh, Praxix is a water elemental, the other ones are electrical elementals but you can have lots of different ones". That doesn't make any sense because why are all the Elemental abilities electrical too? And what's the difference between a fire elemental and Infernus, Tyrant of the Damned?

It's not that Praxix's art is bad, it's just it doesn't fit with the other Elemental cards. You could use it for an ally, or even a new hero in the next set. But it would be a disaster if Praxix the sea-monster elemental got printed as a physical card.

Does anyone have the full art of Obelisk of Echoes? He looks badass and would make an awesome Praxix. At the moment he's being wasted.

I think this liquid praxix fits him.. I mean he is watery and slippery and cards is slippering and washing out with him

That art looks too strong for our weak praxix. I prefer something like Stardust Extractor. Is it made by the same artist who made zaladar/elementalis 's alternate art?

But the current Praxix is crushing a frigate with one hand... he's supposed to long strong, he's a hero. But the titan in the Obelisk of Echoes picture looks so much more like an Elemental than Praxix does. He even appears to have the Elemental language written on him - the same language that appears on Infinity Core.

Stardust Extractor was drawn by Preybird. I like it but I think it suits an ally a lot more than a hero, basically because to me it looks like an elemental beast as opposed to a humanoid.

That's a pretty nice edit they did for Obelisk, though. I don't think it suits Praxis even if it does look more like an Elemental. Praxis works very different from the other two Ele heroes and his current art seems very fitting.

infernus is different from elementals in that he is a demon. flesh, bone, and blood are all present.

an elemental is a being of pure natural energy and matter. zaladar is nothing but stone and electricity. praxix is nothing but water. it makes sense. and only a very small amount of elemental cards deal with electrical energy. most of them deal with manipulation of matter; absorbing it, charging it, deconstructing and reconstructing it. in fact, i think shocking grasp and spark are the ONLY electrical elemental cards, lol.

besides, water is a superior conductor of electricity, so it still makes sense if you want to look at it that way.

So you're saying that Praxix doesn't fit the elemental theme because he's water, and they are all electrical, and yet you'd prefer something that is made of stone with fire coming out of it and that doesn't fit the electrical theme of the current elemental heroes either. Makes sense.

I like Prax's art the way it is, I would really hate if they changed it.
