Should only affect the top ally in the graveyard like a mini Gravebone. Easier to manipulate for the opponent.

U mean a mini Shadow Knight, right?
I think it returning the top 3cc or below wulven ally is good, tatget wulven ally a bit too strong (current state).

Definitely return top ally, or return target 3cc ally only, but then you can't loop them at all.

Agreed. The stats should be kept the same and allow the 'looping', however the 'choosing' of the 3 cost ally to return is too much.
The choosing prevents any way of breaking the loop without having specific cards to exile allies. (very cards have the power to exile and those that do are often allies that must be in play and readied - to allow exiling)
If the wording was 'returns the top 3 cost or less ally' the loop could be disrupted with a bit of skill - while also allowing a skilled player to still utilize the looping.

I'd keep away from 'returns a random' ally, as this introduces unnecessary 'luck' which makes using the card less practical. (One of the great features of SE is the fact that the 'luck' component is minimized and the game outcome is more based on skill)
