Does this mean we could still get changes to SF cards? Was not sure if they were final yet, could not find anything confirming or denying that.

They can be changed right up until we print them, but the hope is to get to a point where we can stop making changes as soon as possible. My expectation is that the next update will have about 10 balance changes or so. After that, I'd like to think there would not be many more.

Honestly, time might be best spent making just a few strategic balance changes for SF and then moving on to the fourth set and focusing on better balance for these guys in that set. You've got to keep the ball rolling, and making large changes to this set doesn't seem like an effective use of time if we could make changes to balance heroes and push out the next set. Just my two cents.
