Is an attachment destoyed weh attached allie is killed?

I've got a question about Treasured Heirloom . When it is attached to an ally and that ally is killed, is the attachement also destroyed? Well it goes to your graveyard, but does that mean destroyed?

Heya,

Yes, when an ally is killed, the attachments it is bearing will be destroyed and sent to the graveyard. As such, an ally dying while bearing Treasured Heirloom will trigger Treasured Heirloom's effect causing you to draw 2 cards. In Shadow Era, cards that go from the field to the graveyard are either killed/destroyed before they make it to the graveyard.
