because if balance changes occur that would change the original hero choice, a tournament with hero lock should be played with 1 set of cards, and that set shouldnt change mid tourney. given that I reported my match 16 days ago i sense that cards will change significantly before the swiss is even over

Not sure why TO's sometimes become too lenient on Players when the players enter a tournament knowing they r going to have to play. Somebody goes M.I.A. and the rest of us have to wait.

But on the matter of balance changes....it is what it is bro. You made a choice to enter knowing that SE is in Permanent Beta, lol, and knew that at anytime (although given the nature of Wulven its not very likely) the cards could change.

there will be little leniency throughout the remainder of this tournament, Big thing here was there were SO many MIA to start but We can get the ball rolling now and anyone from this point who doesnt make the match in time will just take the loss.
I know you guys are chomping at the bit for some fresh blood and I do apologize for making you wait. I just wanted to not have to auto qualify half the matches :P
