I think Black Garb is pretty important tech in this deck. Against Super Focus decks or Gravebone Dakrath decks, Smoke Screen isn't enough to delay the opponent. Rain Delay can't be played consecutively so the turn you're depending on Smoke Screen you're going to be taking a lot of damage.

Super Focus doesn't prevent the disable from Smoke Screen.

So you are suggesting that bc of one single card out there in the se world, which anyways is 7cc, so it will take a while till it's casted and in that time you already got your Lay Low loop going, you should give up four slots entirely dedicated to that card?? No, sir, not where I come from. :P
