    crystals

    Where can i complain about buying crystals

    I have bought crystals before about 2 times now and its all good. The minute i restart the game, my crystals updates too.
    But when i bought one just this week, im having trouble with the inter net connection that time, my crystals hadnt increased a bit!
    I just waited for sometime, thinking that it might have a delay because of the storm. But still no update.
    I hope theres someone to talk to with regards of this matter.

    The receipt for the purchase should be saved within the app. If you restart your device and then re-run the app, it will try to get the SC again.

    I have tried that a few times before i search for the support team. Still nothing happens. Btw, what do you mean the receipt should be saved within the app?
    I bought the crystal using bank deposit and it is validated thru email.
    I have done this for about two times now. Only this time, it failed me.

    Oh. I thought you meant it was an in-app purchase. Well, I don't know about the bank deposit approach. If you forward the email you got confirming the purchase to support@shadowera.com then they can investigate.
