haven't played this deck (though I've played against it a few times). The deck excells at dealing 2 dmg, Sindarok contributes to that and is good at establishing board presence. Guardian is not great at that, but can capitalize on board presence - which makes him more suited to aggressive decks or late-game plays.
Since Guardian's effect doesn't even work unless there are 2 allies out, you need to consider it in that context..having two allies out as priest tends to happen later in game, as priests tend to be a bit slow to start. Making guardian work well consistently in the early game requires an aggressive deck that will play things t2. t4 should have room for draw engines. and T5 may require a tidal wave...which will set you back several cards if you had multiple allies out. Alternatively you could consider guardian late-game tech to reduce damage from damage-over-time cards. In this case, it's sort of a win-more card. Guardian is a good card, but there are certain decks/combos that it is optimal in, and priests aren't always it.
Sindarok lets you take the board. Consider that on attack or defense it can kill any 2cc ally, and has a good chance vs most 3cc allies. Consider also that you excell at doing 2 dmg, so this guy can defend all day if you damage allies with 4hp to bring them down to 2. With threbins ability. You can force those allies to either impotently attack and die, or wait to die. When not the only ally, it's also still a decent card. So all around worth it in a deck like this.
