try a different kind of potato salad?

this is how i make mine:

boil, skin and slice potatoes
finely dice an onion and a clove of garlic
add salt, fresh ground pepper, white wine vinegar, the best oil in the house (try thistle or grape seed oil) and warm vegetable stock
mix, let it rest for a while and serve
