How soon does Shattered Fates come out?

Jus getting back into the game after I stopped playing and was wondering how soon does the next expansion come out? I want to know if I should start strategizing with only the current cards or if I should just start making decks with Shattered Fate cards.

better play with sf cards now. beta will go on for a long time most likely.

Are you allowed to use Shattered Fate cards in ranked games already? And tournaments?

Tournaments are dependant on the tourney itself. But you can use SF cards in qm.

So if it can already be used in both, hasn't the set already come out? I don't understand why it would say it was in beta if it could be used in Ranked matches.

Because if you dont have at least 1 sf card in your deck you are only playing dp

To further alaborate on what abysmal said...The QM is split in two groups. If you don't use any sf cards in your deck you will only play other people in the qms that have no sf cards in there deck. If you DO use sf cards in your deck you will play only the people in the qms like yourself that are using sf cards in there deck.
