There isn't a single healing card for Mages.
As per my knowledge of RPG games Mages were popular for their abilities like healing, mana regeneration, etc.
Here is what I suggest.

Think there's a very good why mages don't include heal cards in their card pool... They would be too overpowered!

That card is so op lol...
If there were ever a mage specific heal card, it would have to be pretty significantly weak compared to other class heal cards, just because mages have so many direct damage cards. In many cases they just don't need to heal, unless things go really wrong for them.
Also, as chamthabo and Bobby mention, PotL and Honored Deadare cards that the human mages can use for some healing, meaning that really only Shadow Mages don't have any heal.

From most of my experience, healing was almost always with the cleric or priests. Mages that do massive heal generally were less offense base. A peeling offense, but not a burst.

If you think PotL is useless I really don't know what to tell you lol.
As Bobby said, there is a very good reason why there is no heal card in the Mage card pool. Also the card which you suggested is horrendously broken.
