this happened in both games that appear in my history vs. Ramona9

i have played Rothem's Visage, activated Vess ability and attached Lythite Coating only to see it go to graveyard fr no obvious reason before i ended my turn

this happened in both games and also in about 4 other games where i was testing this vs. AI (does not happen every game though), and in some games vs. AI the game would freeze on my opponents next turn after i played RV and used ability to attach LC

can someone please look into this and confirm what went wrong?
