Yes. You can save one deck per Hero.
You can also buy some extra slots for each Hero.

I originally didn't want to spend the crystals on extra save spots for heroes, but it is really nice. Save one slot for a QM Deck, the other for Tourneys, or 1 for CotC+DP and the other for SF. Comes in handy.
Ok this is a great thing thanks for the feedback I was trying to make another deck but didn't know if my current deck would be available still.
