My first attempt at pixel animation... thoughts?

Posted this a while back on my channel, and I think I want to move forward with it, I am curious about your thoughts on this attempt at pixel animation (FF6 style, 'gliding walk' to be reminiscent of FF6 cutscene tutorials, though I may have overdone it):



This is actually for a video project, but with the odd amount of interest, I'm seriously considering making a game now lol.

Very nice job, you got alot of movement, and realism out of very few colors and gestures. I loved when his eyes darted back and forth and the waving hello.
Go for it. I'll buy your game, as long as you take SC for credit!
