New update lost all my cards..

Not sure where 2 post it,so I'll post it here,I'm so p@!sed.
I need support. I logged into my shadow era today from my pc and did not take me 2 my Bloodfang and more than 80 cards and 1500(level 11) hundred or so coins, but it takes me 2 start from begging choosing a hero..wtf
U know how long it took me 2 get 2 Bloodfang,not sure what's going on,if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.


P.S

This sucks,really don't want 2 start over,time consuming and it's not fair.

Sounds like you logged in with wrong email. I've done that before. It thinks you are setting up a new account.

you likely typed the wrong email and it created a new account instead of accessing your previous account...try it again and be sure it's correct.

Lol..happens once in a while. Typos. Try selecting the Remember Me option. That way you won't have to retype your email and pw everytime.
