Ha. The game is great, especially the physical version.

It's not actually as bad as people think. You just need:

- a few dice to mark attack, health, defence and durability (you rarely have more than 3 dice on the board at a time)
- some colored chips to mark ablaze, frozen and poisoned
- some tokens or dice to mark shadow energy
- calculator / pad to record hero health

Disabled / Can't Attack can be shown by turning the ally sideways as if it was "tapped".

Once you get used to the upkeep (particularly adding SE at the start of each turn) it's pretty straightforward. It's also very enjoyable playing the game face to face for a change.

@ GDC: I've sold a couple of decks which I made from spare CotC cards with a few foils and DP commons. I'm in the bottom corner of Asia so I guess I could cover Oceania? (New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands, maybe Singapore).

I tend to base the decks on the physical starter decks, but better. Here's an example of a Warrior deck I sold.

I guess you choose 2 class decks, I add in some extra cards to work with them and some packs and the dice and you tell me if it's worth the £20.

OK, I'll put something together for you as best I can. I can't include DP cards other than packs because I don't have enough of them outside of complete sets (that I don't want to split).
