Shoul we rename cutlass?

in CotC and DP there was at least no weapon in the background like in Lythian Sledgehammer

The problem with Sledgehammer's illustration is that the ACTION of the wielder of the weapon seems to be emphasized over the weapon itself. Sure there are plenty of pictures with characters holding the weapon that the card is named after, but usually the character's are resting or posed in such a way that the weapon itself is clearly the focus of attention.

I will not question the weapons name, but rather it's use. It's obviously not perfect for Serena, but i look at it this way: it's meant to give other heroes her ability. Just like perfect shot allows other heroes to pretend to be victor, but at a cost. Or like some other card that allows for ambush and haste like lance gives. Overall, I think wulven is trying to level the battlefield by giving every hero an option to act like some other from his own class, but at a cost.

Anyway, this could be done with cutlass without having to call it thoughtrippers.

With Cutlass's art, the weapon at least is there right pointed at you, has Serena in it rather largely sure, but it's at least better than Sledgehammer's art, where the hammer itself is partially obscured by the class icons. I personally don't have a problem with Cutlass art though, I like that Serena is in it, gives a nice tie in with the game itself, as opposed to just randomed scattered arts like the rest of the game.

I think Thoughtripper's Cutlass is perfectly fine as it is.. art, ability, name, all of it. Sure it sucks that Serena sucks.. but oh well. Better luck next time I guess.. I'll accept it that Serena took a huge hit this time around, as well as Rogues in general... just as long as the DT vows to make it up to Rogues in the next set and I mean REALLY show em some love.. The kinda love that will make Coercion a staple! ... The kinda love that will make people seriously consider bringing out Reconnaissance!!!

I haven't tried out coercion and FF, but the VO + Coercion combo is a once in every 5 games kind of thing because it costs so many resources to pull off... its more cute than it is useful.. maybe if coercion was dropped to 4cc

I use this combo, but Final Flourish is currently bugged.
