If it was your Zail's Hymn on an opposing ally owned by opponent, then the ally should have gone into opponent's deck and so would not be there for your Glass Chalice to get. If it was your ally that was buried due to Zail's Hymn, please reply to confirm.

It would be my ally affected by the opposing force's zails hymn and me trying to get him/her back to hand with glass chalice

Hmm. That's interesting. The code for it looks sane. Maybe it has been fixed for 2.85. I'd need to try to reproduce on test server.

It happened 3 days ago when my justicar alysia went to the bottom from zails hymn I don't have the match history and she wasn't showing up after 2 times I thought I bring it up

It worked correctly for me on Test Server 2.85.

I play Brutal Minotaur. End turn.
He plays Zail's Hymn. End turn.
I play Glass Chalice of Knowing. I fill my deck all with Fire Snake (you can do this kind of thing in Test Mode). End turn.
He plays Sever Ties and BM goes into my deck which currently has 47 cards. End turn.
I use Glass Chalice and BM is one of the three cards I get.

This bug may have been there in 2.84, but it's not there now, for me at least. I'll add a unit test to ensure the above case stays working correctly.

I've added the test case, but maybe there was a more complicated situation that led to what you saw, so be sure to re-report with lots of detail if you see it working incorrectly in 2.85.
