It's not as simple as "Frame this better, half his head is missing, move him to the right" etc. These pictures were probably all cropped to remove parts of the art which Wulven don't want on their cards for whatever reason. It could be that there are guns or machinery in some of the original artwork. Also, you might want to consider the fact that there are borders on the original artwork. It's not like someone just took a badly centered photograph.

To be fair the being is an urigon which as far as I can tell is a being made up for shadow era so it can be whatever it wants to be. I believe (or at least how it makes sense to me) is phoenix in Phoenix Urigon

is refereing to the Urigon's ability to go down in flames and and then resurrect. Looking at it that way the Urigon in the picture is on fire and still fighting which is a very good representation of the ability of the card. I have no problem with the art.

My guess is they don't want the castle in the background. Listen bud you'd have to ask the people who designed the card, I don't actually know their reasons

In fact is tremendously better skervox overzoomed with 50% head out instead of complete figure with a gray castle on background.....but sorry, i m inchoerent....you are right Mr.T
