She's so dead... Dont waste gold trying to get her going. Discard mechanic, graveyard recursion and tribe-tricks like Cryptspawn Hound killed her. I think she needs a rework or at least a buff, which exiles the discarded card or anything else...

You need 3 Fan of Blades, it's the only cards that makes Serena better than Garth.
If you don't want to play Fan of Blades, play Garth.
And I wouldn't renounce to Anklebreaker, which still is the best weapon in my opinion.

I have builded a serena deck that uses 4x fan blades only but it makes up for having an outstanding draw engine. Which means your hand is always kind of full.
Which actually makes her playable because you always have many options to choose from to stop the opponent.
