As far as I know, Nachyo has said (in one of the State of the Era Podcasts from way back) that Jasmine and Lily are related in some way, but it's not sure if they're sisters or even family at all, who knows, "Rosecult" might end up being some sort of organization or group instead of a family name, seems like they wanted to do the same to Serena's last name after all, make it a group rather than just a surname I mean.

As for Raven, nothing has ever really been said about her as far as I know.
