I tried to make sure people were active. I explicitly stated that if they don't answer, the team will find substitutes or won't play entirely so the team knew that if I didn't get their hero pools, IGNs and such, they won't be playing.

I PM'd you the current and active roster. I'd rather play a tournament than have to drop r1 because of somebody I know is inactive.
