Yeah, right. Because it's what laws are all about, how you understand them. Not what they were intended for, not how they actually work, it's all the matter of understanding.
"Oh, officer, I killed that man because I was standing my ground, that's how I understand the law!". Does NOT make you lawful. You're bloody murderer.
Firstly, grammar. Secondly, what's the difference between lawful and neutral then? Both follow rules. I would say neutral are more lawful then lawful themselves, because they find following rules obviously necessary, not relying on their personal understanding of them though. Unless they don't understand them at all.
Oh, that's just lovely. Not only this sentence lacks any sense but also packed with political bullshit, I mean look at it:
They seek to institute change OR create anarchy. So anarchy would not be a change then? It should say "institute change and maybe even anarchy".
So, in understanding of this individual all reformists, all those people that bring change and development to the society are chaotic. They bring chaos. Right. Not like without them we would still have slavery running rampant. The author of that poll would've been oarsman on a slave ship, because it's what he's only good for, not for creating polls.
Let's now get to most chaotic chaos of all, the anarchy. Which has nothing to do with chaos at all, despite how it has been portrayed by government dependent mainstream media. All that anarchy means is lack of governmental authoritarian power, which creates more chaos by enforcing their orders: war, genocide, executions, corruption and eternal lies that tries to cover it - that savagery should be deemed as chaotic.
