So, do you manage to actually use knights ability? When i see it, i make it a priority bringing it down. Having only two, that can hardly be the 'main idea'?

My experience with KoU says that you want to have legend rises, having steadfast already his main weakness are attachments like crippling blow and so on.. so having Legend Rises ables you to either discard for his ability or make him playable again. Stick with it (2 copies are fine).

No. KoU just my personal choice. 2 are enough because his stat and his ablity to buff plus steadfast also i use A Legend Rise to counter card like Crippling Blow and Focused Prayer. But i prefer to cast WotF on t4 Especially against priest. Also try to cast KoU when your opponent already use their hero ability if against Boris, Majiya, Eladwen etc

This is very similar to my deck but I added a spelleater bands so that i have a strong counter towards mages.
Also look into artful squire as another suicide drop to fuel your WotF
