HBM/Cobra Skin as starter, Wulven Tactician to mess up opponent’s plan, Night Prowler to seal the game.
Nice win ratio, took me all the way up to 310+.

It helps me to decide whether I should go for resouce denial (HBM/Cobraskin Wrap) or straight to card stealling (Wulven Tactcian/Night Prowler).

It also gives a decent 3 drop body.

This is a very terrifying deck. Have you considered Shriek of Vengeance to help control your resources a little more in case you went first?

My original build has Shriek and LLN but it was causing me to slow down.

This is a Tempo deck not a Control deck. You can't answer all threats from opponents. The main idea is to seal the board before your opponent can recover. Decoy trap to protect your allies and give your opponent the final hit.

Looks very deadly. Ever thought of using maybe 1 or 2 Woodland Spotter to lay the low blow? Or to steal 2 cards with Night Prowler.

But very interesting nonetheless, thanks for sharing!
