I tried to buy crystals and was ripped off!!!

It has been over 2 hours since I purchased the $9.99 shadow crystals pack and have yet to receive the credits. I called my bank and the money went through, I have an order confirmation number and receipt in my google Wallet to probve that I have paid for the shadow crystals but I have not received them in the game!! I have sent wulven game studios many emails asking to be credited the crystals in the game and have received no response.. now I have been requesting a refund and have received no response. I hope they get back to me soon and refund my 10 dollars

Now almost 3 and a half hours yet no response from wulven games pertaining to my issue..

this is really weird, last week i buy some cristals to and i get it at the moment... just a few seconds after a push the confirmation button... hope you get your money back...

rofl dude this is a small company, and you sent in a ticket probably after their office closed, I am sure it will be taken care of, but give it a day or two, I know it sucks, buts its a small company.

As long as you dont spend shadow crystals bought, they have been good about giving refunds, you didnt even get your SC so I am sure you will be able to get your refund.

Sorry, it happens occasionally and I know it can be frustrating to have to wait. Please email sales@wulven.com with a copy of your sales receipt email so we can verify your purchase and credit your account.

Ya still no crystals and still no refund.. thank for replying though ya ive sent many emails with copies of receipt been a day and a half now.. I usually get the crystals instantly but not this time...

happened with me as well...

"Erros: Your purchase could not be verified. Please email a copy of your sales receipt email to sales@wulven.com"

And I dont fucking know what I need to do...I dont have any fucking receipt
