      BUG: Surprise Attack - Transference

      I used transference against hunter deck and i've got Surprise Attack, when i used it my opponent drew a card.

      LAWLZ now THAT'S how things should roll! You steal from me but I still get the benefit . But yea, it is a bug. Prolly for 1.26. I sense it has something to do with ownership that was introduced. Also 3CC is a bit much, 2CC should work better.
