forgivness is a silly card, only if you have 2 resources left does forgiveness give you one, its complicated and only makes sense to the design team why it works this way

what cards are you using to remove it? if you used mass purification , it would not work, but if you targeting it with jericho or that one 6cc ally or sever ties, then it should work correctly, if not i would report it as a bug and list the games that it happens in the bug section
