Embers of the Just and Spitfire Hound

i attach Embers of the Just to an ally ,then i cast Spitfire Hound and destroy Just and choose an other ally to dealt 3 damage.it is only 3 fire damage work.the Embers of the Just go to graveyard without 4 arcane damage.

of course,it is a bug for MD.but i think it's easy to steal Embers of the Just in deck/hand/graveyard.
