My deck is empty and i give 6card in hand.
My opponent play 2 bad santa and i take 6damage instead 4. It's correct?

Yes, you should take 6 damage in this scenario. Basically, each copy of Bad Santa your opponent plays makes you draw 3 cards. Because your deck is already empty, you will take 3 damage for the 3 cards you were unable to draw each time he plays Bad Santa leading to 6 damage taken total.
