Rob From the Rich/Give To the Poor

Just a couple of random ideas I had floating around in my head during some time of boredom at work. Some things I'm not sure about with them, such as the cost or activation requirement (although I'd like them to be artifacts with durability). Also I'm not sure which name should go with which one. They are kind of intended to be sort of like The Bigger They Are and The Harder They Fall, whose names make a phrase with the Human one going first, but this would mean that Give To the Poor would be a Shadow card, and giving to the poor doesn't sound much like a Shadow thing to do. But anyway, the cards:

    Rob From the Rich
    Cost: ?
    Type: Human(?) Item - Artifact
    Durability: ?
Effect: Target opposing player with the most cards in their hand discards a card from their hand at random.

    Give To the Poor
    Cost: ?
    Type: Shadow(?) Item - Artifact
    Durability: ?
Effect: Target friendly player with the fewest cards in their hand draws a card.

Also, these cards could fit for future modes like 2v2 and free for all, especially Give To the Poor, as your could help your teamate out with draw, if they didn't have many cards in hand.

those names more fit for abilities
item/artifact should have noun as name

it happen before, they change Research (verb) to Tome of Knowledge (noun) for a mage artifact

Hmmm, yeah, they do sorta sound more ability like i guess. Although then I wouldn't know how to make them to work multiple times for each copy.

rob from the rich should be shadow and give to the poor should be human. Order of sentence is irrelevant, it's the nature of the card that is important.
Drawing card -> positive -> human
Discard card -> negative -> shadow

Or, how about this idea for their flavor texts that could keep Rob From the Rich as Human and Give To the Poor as Shadow:

Rob From the Rich: "Doing the wrong thing for all the right reasons."

Give To the Poor: "Doing the right thing for all the wrong reasons."

The Shadows could maybe just be pretending to give to the poor, but they've got some sinister motive behind it, like getting the poor to think of the Shadows as good because they have given to them.

I like this idea. And the flavor text is great.
