    "Memory Clean" for Mac OSX

Just want to say, I recommend this app. I consider it a must-have.

If you run Mac OSX, be sure to get it from their App Store.

Anyone else want to recommend some must-have apps for Mac OSX?

    What the heck?

Did someone else get their hands on your keyboard Gondorian? It doesn't sound like you to start a topic spamming a nonsense app.

To clarify: keeping stuff in RAM that's been used recently in part aids in making OS X faster. This stuff tries to "outsmart" OS X's memory manager, which is already smart and optimized. And by "outsmart" I mean "play into how people think a computer works".

All I know is that, when my machine is getting sluggish, it recovers when I hit that Clean Memory button. I don't know what I am running that's causing the issues, but I shall point the finger at Skype and Chrome.

I am using this as well. When my Mac is getting slow, I just hit this to boost and free some precious RAMs.

Or sloppy porting using Unity. Hoooboy, let me tell you: Hex was also made in Unity and for some bloody reason it slurps down my MBA's battery in 2.5 hours.
