Oh yeah about the interface, I would actually prefer if the two sides (mine and my opponent's) are clearly distinguished with a line or something.
And, honestly, the side by side view is not looking good to me at the first look. But I'll get a hang of it though.

I love the idea of new animations (and 3d sounds good too), but please consider adding these without completely changing what the game looks like...it's great as is!

I like it looking more like a playmat.

Card shrinkage is not a problem, the mouseovers will work quickly on all platforms to give the full card view on demand, and we're working on increasing the size of the attack/health icons when the card is on the board, so you can get a better feel for the state of the game at a glance (similar to MTG on creatures, but looking better)

We do however want to maintain the feel of playing with with real cards, so we're avoiding changing the allies on the board into icons, and when you do things like select the hero for example, it breaks out from behind the frame and you can see the whole card.

Don't get too excited about the new card art that snuck in there, that piece was rejected and won't make it into the game

How about sharing a sneak peak of a new art that wasn't rejected...we are all dying to see new art.

I agree with this, doesn't this look a little bit too much like hearthstone? I mean it looks cool and all, but I don't want people to think Shadow Era is a clone to an inferior game...

Nice! SE finally gets a facelift. I just hope it doesn't end up looking and playing like Hearthstone. Hearthstone is Hearthstone, SE is SE.
