I'm 250 now with Rothem and haven't lost yet. This deck looks similar to some decks in the forum. I guess that there are some common senses regarding to Rothem's build.
My concept to this deck:
Rothem is a late-game hero, his skill is so powerful but built slowly. So don't use his skill if we don't have to.
The deck is easily get overwhelmed in the early game, so we need every ally to be tough enough to hold on to the late game.
The deck:
Hero:
Rothem, King of Layer * 1
Allies:
Ironhide Karash *3 (Early tough Ally)
Infernal Gargoyle *4 (Toughest 3cc ally)
Morbid Acolyte *4 (Tough ally, great skill, synergy with jewelry's dream)
Death Mage Thaddeus *3 (pin damage)
Disciple of Aldmor *2 (tough against Rothem's weak matchup)
Wild Berserker *2 (Maintain the board at T5, haste 6 damages to an ally with Rothem's Skill)
Abilities:
Smashing Blow *2 (Weapon destruction)
Sacrificial Lamb *2 (Supplement draw)
Attachments:
Crippling Blow *4 (need to explain?)
Blood Frenzy *4 (Primary Draw)
Items:
Jeweler's Dream *4 (Primary Weapon, extra resource is so crucial)
Reserve Weapon *3 (Get Jeweler back)
The King's Pride *2 (The monster kill)
Spectral Sabre *2 (attachment removal, 5 damage with skill)
41 cards + hero
Don't hesitate to comment what you think. The deck needs a lot of improvements.
Thanks!
