i dont understand why all my cards and decks are gone, i used real money to buy those cards , but now when i login , everything is back to default. How can i get my old account back, if not i have no motivation to play again

Is your email correct? If you made a typo in the email you have created a new account

Lahiri is correct, i play SE since 2011 and never heard of someone whose account was reset. Check the email or the pw if they are correct, check twice if is needed.

Or if you haven't used it in a while , you might have been reset, in the great unused user reset, in which case your user name was reset to your email.
Try that. Or maybe it's already resolved? I hope.

Hi. If your account uses the same email that your forum account does, then I can confirm you have a library of cards in that account (IGN=samleow) and nothing has been wiped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct email address. This is a common issue people have, due to the way the game will make a new account if it sees an email address that's not yet registered. A typo or extra space somewhere is easily done.
