Why was Tala's ability cost reduced?

Whatever the pfg's opinion was, the design team decided to have her ability cost 4 SE once the test server was opened so that's where I consider the original idea was made official. The pfg is more like a closed discussion..

But I digress. My point is that Tala's ability has the same issue as Logan's ability. They changed his ability cost to 4 SE and now he barely sees the light of day. Tala's ability needs revision, in which case I hope she doesn't suffer the same half-assed treatment Logan was subjected to.

It's on the same level as Lance's and Ythan's abilities but yet it costs 1 SE less. It should be changed back to 4 Se.

Yeah, sorry about that. I had a change of heart after my initial post (which is apparent in subsequent posts). I realized, after others had pointed it out, that simply changing the cost to 4 SE would make her very weak. I'd say the efficiency of her ability is somewhere between Elementalis' and Lance's. There's no doubt it's better than Elementalis' at least.

I don't understand how anyone could ever compare tala's ability to lance. It's crap at 4cc and I haven't even seen anyone making good use of it at 3cc.

yeah i dont even know if her buff is going to make her competitive, but i got some ideas taht should be fun to play

I've faced a few Tala's that were very strong.

Yeah she is playable at 3cc. But at 4cc she was underpowered and I haven't seen any decks that make you think 'too good'. Very strong is fine. Every hero should be able to do that
