My question is: only one hero and deck or we send 3 different decklists?
What do you mean 3 decklists?
It's hero and deck lock, so only one decklist.
In your deck you are allowed to use only one type of cards, so you have to choose if you play only Items or only Abilities or only Allies that have a class restriction.
Let me give an example:
***HERO***
Amber Rain
***Allies (15)***
3x Lily Rosecult
3x Aldon the Brave
4x Priest of the Light
2x Aeon Stormcaller
3x Braxnorian Soldier
***Abilities (7)***
3x Retreat!
4x Bad Santa
***Items (6)***
4x Reserve Weapon
2x War Banner
***Armors (3)***
3x The King's Pride
***Weapons (9)***
2x Dimension Ripper
4x Jeweler's Dream
3x Spectral Sabre
TOTAL: 40 cards + Hero
This is an acceptable deck. You have chosen to play Amber with Items.
You only have human allies (NO Brax Vet, Brax Temp, etc are allowed)
You only use human or neutral abilities (NO BF, CB, SB, etc are allowed)
Your items can include weapons, armors, artifacts (and traps for hunters).
So I am not allowing to change your choice between rounds to prevent potential cheating.
Otherwise it would be possible to include in my deck cards from all types and decide to change my strategy on the fly.
And I can't ask from everyone to send me a new decklist just before playing his next match, because it would be harder for me to check every game with the updated decklist.
For my first tournament I decided to keep things a bit simple
I hope it is clearer now.

Clear, I initially thought we had to use 3 different heroes for the 3 games. Put me in but as reserve.
I really like this concept! So when would matches be held typically? I know some players who live or are currently in Europe might only have limited access to certain tournaments.

You just pm your opponent and try to find a time that fits both players. Say me, a European (GMT +1), is playing an American with GMT -5. Well then I suggest the time 9pm GMT0 (asking on purpose a rather for me late time, so it fits my opponent). That would be 4pm for him. If my opponent says he has to work till 8, I ask him if he could play then in the morning at 1pm f.e. Till we find a suitable time. Once in a while you actually bump into your opponents on IRC f.e. and can play them there without arranging a time.
