1. For Round 1, if the 1st Player played Game 1 with Amber (Human), can I change my hero for Game 2? Or I can only use Amber? Or only Human? *Note I am asking about the games WITHIN Round 1 which is a BO3 Match.
2. What about Round 3? Can change heroes between games?

I asked this because your "No Lock" rule is very ambiguous. It has to have some-form of lock, whether Faction-Lock or Hero-Lock.

So from your example, its Hero-Lock within Round? Since both players used the same hero within each round.
