I believe that you take the numbers row by row and each time you find a number of a team that you haven't drawn it already write it down.
When you have written all the teams, pair them 1-2, 3-4, etc and I think you 'll have the draw results.

I will set a deadline when Chinese tournament will be completely over. They still have 1 match to be played that can probably change tiebreakers a little bit, but other teams can start playing.
Renew already told me he will have a phew days off from the forum so I will probably give extra days for everybody during this first round, I don't wanna lose teams so quickly.

I sent private messages to everybody but:
- players from Italy and China, I need to know who is actually playing vs who
- Mongoosey, Berdugo and Preybird: your inbox is full!

And I won't do it anymore, the anti-spam policy limits me to send a message to maximum 5 players, it's too frustrating
