I like this idea a lot. I'd like to stream the matches on my twitch account. Probably not tomorrow night though. But it would be a nice birthday gift for people to build some decks for me to use.

You can also bit by bit tweak (or tweaked by community) to make it competitive (like from rags to riches style

)

as for what to do to celebrate this, i guess hosting a tourney could be nice idea. one where You assign the deck to each player (...i'm pretty sure u have plenty decks available). people just sign up and then u get to decide who plays what )))
