That is really just something used in Tournaments that specify you can use a Sideboard. It is a set of cards you swap into your Deck between games in Best of # matches to specifically tune the Deck to counter your matchup or improve your chances against it. Don't worry about that.

There are several Lance/Serena decks in this forum that are great. Best thing you can do is try some out, find out what works best for you. Take what you like and works for you, put it together and post it. There are several people here in this forum that will help you tweak it GL HF
