I would beat him and get like 20-30 points, he'd beat me and I lose 10 but it was manageable teams for each of us to beat each other fairly quickly. I try to keep my eye out for guys like this that are usually playing at same time as me

I'm seriously cutting back on spending too. Given I have realised how useless cover packs are for me now, I just use hero points for shields.

Magneto classic
Purple 10 AP max level (hero and cover) swaps up to 13 red/blue tiles and does 636 damage per swap (potential 8268)

Red 2AP max level (hero and cover) destroys 5 random tiles, dealing damage and generating ap, plus an addition 133 damage (3 star storm )

Blue 5ap max level (hero and cover) turn 2 chosen tiles (any) into blue protect tiles with strength of 59. --- probably worst of the skills but you can covert enemy tiles, lay blues out for increase max swap potential of purple, or use to make a 4 or 5 match. Fairly versatile ability even at level 3 (7ap)

At Max Red Magneto does not generate AP off the random tiles. I know because my Mag Classic has 5 Red.

Hmmmm interesting news....both grey suit and one of the magnetos (think classic) match tile damage doesn't match with their ability colors

Also if you have iw, bwgs, spidey, punisher, or bagman in team you gain 4 ap for enviro matching vs normal 3

I logged on today and gained quite a few bonuses from people attacking me and losing, I was very pleased. I hope they learned their lessons...

Ah yes. Now I remember. It was BP event where I though enviros were accelerating quite fast. Thx PB it was driving me nuts trying to remember and none of the heros I listed made sense

I'm going to be cutting back from the game as well. It's mostly the PVE that's time consuming because you have to keep up with the points. I don't find PVP so bad really since you can use shields to protect your score. This is probably true for me because I aim for Top 5 rather than the number one spot.

I raced to 500+ early on in the Lord of Thunder event getting 200 points ahead of everyone in my bracket just so I could get the 50 Hero Points. Now after all the attacks, I'm back down to 238 but still ranked #32. The #1 currently in my bracket only has 400 rating. I must be in an easy bracket.

@Raphael - You must have had a very high rating to only be getting 15 points for Preybird's 590 rating.
