Hey that was actually only the CotC playset... but uhmm for two accounts.

I'm day 60+ in MPQ so that's roughly 2 months. I didn't build up my roster overnight and I don't think I touched PVP until after my first month. You can get a lot of the covers you need to be competitive from the prologue (Modern Black Widow, Iron Man 35, Modern Storm, Juggernaut, Daken and Thor). I pretty much had a full set of covers for the first four of those before I started PVP. Also you can get a lot of Hero Points from the Prologue if you're willing to grind.

I took down a 80 lvl Thor 85 ares and 85 obw with my provided 23 Thor 66 hood 69 obw

Hood/obw is pretty nasty. It's a solid ability lock and you just need to time using obw steal with opponents ability charge. Thors red produces yellow so I save these up for a double blast to help fuel hoods yellow which I also use to target as many yellows.as possible. Save onward healing for end so you have fully/mostly healed team.

With out a good Thor on your team though this is a long game

Edit: I wouldn't Ty this unless you have hollow maxed with hood.

I haven't spent anything but I've been playing over 80 days. My IGN is Callipos. I never placed 1st in any event (apart from momentary rankings). I usually aimed for middle ranks for 2* covers. Sometimes higher for 3* covers. I also haven't grinded the last chapter of prologue for rewards completely yet. I was planning to spend 5$ to buy some HP for extra slots. By the time I was able to do it, it wasn't worth it because slots cost progressively more as you unlock them.

I spend my Iso-8 on whoever is buffed for the current event during that event. That's why I don't have lots of maxed chars.
